🔧 Analysis of Each Component's Function
Host Part (Metal Body)
The front labels indicate key information:
Safety Warning: "Blades・Sharp, handle with care," indicating that there are sharp blades inside, and protection should be used during operation.
Applicable Specifications: Indicates wire diameters (0.5-5mm, 7mm…15mm) and corresponding cross-sectional areas (0.5-2.5, 4-6…35-50), meaning this machine can handle wires of different thicknesses.
Multiple input holes of varying sizes: Used to fit wires of different diameters; feeding the wire into the corresponding hole allows the internal blades to strip the insulation.
Black knob on top: Used to adjust pressure to fit wires of different softness, hardness, and thickness, preventing damage to the copper core.
Drive and Speed Control Part
DC motor on the right side: Provides power to the machine, replacing manual hand-crank operation, saving effort and improving efficiency.
Power and speed controller: Power adapter with a knob, which supplies power to the motor and allows speed adjustment, matching the wire stripping speed to prevent wires from being pulled apart or not stripped cleanly.
📌 Applicable Scenarios and Characteristics
Use: Mainly used for recycling and processing scrap wires and cables, removing insulation to extract copper cores for sale; can also be used for electricians’ daily repairs and wire processing.
Advantages: Compared with purely manual wire strippers and hand-crank wire stripping machines, the electric version is more efficient, saves much effort, and is suitable for handling large amounts of wire; compact size, suitable for home use or small workshops.
Precautions:
Always select the input hole according to wire thickness, then fine-tune the top pressure to avoid damaging the copper core or incomplete stripping.
Do not put hands near the wire inlet while the machine is running to prevent entanglement; the blades are very sharp, so be extra careful when cleaning and maintaining.
Do not set the controller to too high a speed to avoid wires being pulled apart or broken.
